Ali Lohan Sparks Plastic Surgery Rumors

Ali Lohan, 17, little sister of troubled child star Lindsay Lohan is sporting what looks to be an entirely new face.   The one-time reality star signed a contract with NEXT Model Management last month and altered her appearance drastically. What do you think??
